Emmanuel Ukah is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who likes to provide expertise and guidance to his clients from the beginning to end of their transaction. He also takes pride in the strong trust-based relationships he builds with buyers and sellers that last well beyond closing day.

Specializing in both commercial and residential real estate sales in all price ranges and property types, Emmanuel works with clients throughout Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens Boroughs toward achieving their unique goals. He draws on his prior experience in the property acquisition and investor relations sector of a private firm, combined with BSD Equities Realty World wide's unparalleled resources and support to properly educate clients on real estate market sales and buying strategies.

Emmanuel came to the New York area as an enthusiastic growing young man from Lagos, Nigeria. He studied Marketing and business administration at Lagos University, Nigeria. Also attended the Family of Christ Theological Seminary in New York where he obtained a B.A degree in theology. Apart from being a successful real estate salesperson, Emmanuel is an ordained Pastor and founder of Evidence Gospel Kingdom Church, Bronx New York, and he enjoys serving his community with much passion and love in order to reach out the unloved.
